Thegoal of the workshop is contractors and their development partners apply stepsthey learn to remain in compliance with regulatory requirements for preventingerosion, controlling sediment and protecting coastal waterways.
At the end of the course, contractors and their development partners:

1) Comprehend the current process for meeting compliance goals for erosion and sediment control,

2) Comprehend ADEM protocols and expectations,

3) Comprehend their responsibilities to oversee activities in meeting regulatory requirements, and

4) Contractors and their development partners identify additional training needs to help them meet regulatory needs.
